MARCH home lesson
This month our prayer is The Memorare. This may be a new prayer for you. But it is a powerful prayer that asks Our Blessed Mother to come to our assistance in times of trouble. Who could have experienced more trouble than she did! To accompany her Son to his brutal death, knowing He was the Son of God, totally innocent of any crime, she would certainly be aware of what pain and suffering feels like. We begin the prayer “Remember O most gracious Virgin Mary” not because we think she forgot about us, but because we want to reiterate our confidence in her unending love and compassion for us.
Here is a VIDEO that will help you learn The Memorare, prayer. After praying along with the video, click the "Let's Talk" button to discuss these questions together.
